Your visit to Leipzig is something to look forward to: you will be able to discover this city for yourself, with its long tradition of trade fairs and as a university town. Come and be enchanted by its architectural beauty, its cosmopolitan lifestyle and its wide variety of cultural activities.
There is no shortage of museums, monuments and unique attractions in the city. Be it classical or quirky, traditional or modern – in Leipzig each and every visitor will find an abundance of things to interest them. And the special thing about it is that you will find a large number of the many attractions concentrated into an area of something like a square kilometre right in the heart of the city. Famous tourist destinations such as St. Thomas' Church, St. Nicholas' Church, the Old Town Hall and, of course, Auerbach's Keller, too, which Goethe turned into a literary monument in his play “Faust”.
